Orangetheory Fitness uses the science of Heart-Rate Based Treadmill Interval Training, the efficiency of Indoor Rowing for increased power and the proven concept of Weight Training Blocks to create the fitness level and body you have always desired.

We offer set time classes led by a trainer, who ensures you are pushing yourself, while safely guiding you through your class, in a motivating group environment. Each participant wears a heart-rate monitor and your maximum heart rate and training zone is displayed on screens in the studio. This serves as a motivational tool and tool for the instructor to gauge your exertion.

Orangetheory Fitness offer 60-minute workout sessions split into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training with heart rate monitors to track intensity and maximize metabolic burn. Increase energy, get visible results and burn more calories, even after leaving the studio. That's the Orange Effect!
