Follow these Steps for a Good Sleep:
1. Meditate - Imagine the waves hitting the beach or smelling the flowers - Just Let Go!
2. Lavender Oil - Apply it to temples or wrists & prepare to Dream!
3. No to Screen Time - Avoid watching movies or tv shows
4. Pen to Paper - Write a to-do list or a diary, get your mind clear of the worries and stresses
5. Channel Linus - Bring something comfortable from home to make the rest more peaceful
